SMALL 12 YEAR OLD LEARNER ALMOST RAPED IN SCHOOL TOILETS ON MONDAY 31 JANUARY 2022
This happened at a Primary School on the Western side of JOHANNESBURG ON MONDAY 31 January 2022.
The little girl had a calling by nature and she asked to go to the toilet.
SHE HAD LOCKED THE DOOR OF THE TOILET AND THEN SHE WAS AROUSED BY A KNOCK ON THE DOOR AND WAS ORDERED TO UNLOCK THE SAID DOOR.
SHE WAS CONFRONTED BY A SUSPECT WHO WAS WEARING A MASK. A JACKET WITH A HOODIE. IT HAD BEEN RAINING ON MONDAY.
THIS PAEDOPHILE TRIED TO TAKE OFF HER PANTIES AND THEN PROCEEDED TO UNBUTTON HER SCHOOL SHIRT.
SHE SHOUTED TO ALERT A TEACHER IN AN OFFICE CLOSE TO THE GIRLS TOILETS.
THE RAPIST COMMANDED HER TO KEEP QUIET AND PLACED HIS HAND OVER HER MOUTH.
THE YOUNG GIRL EVENTUALLY MANAGED TO ESCAPE THE ORDEAL.
SHE REPORTED THE INCIDENT TO HER PARENTS WHO APPROACHED THE PRINCIPAL WHO TOLD THE PARENT TO KEEP THE MATTER IN-HOUSE AND NOT TO REPORT THE MATTER TO THE LOCAL POLICE.
THE PARENTS HAD THE VICTIM EXAMINED BY A DOCTOR WHO COMPLETE A J.88 FORM PERTAINING TO THE ASSAULT.
THE PARENTS PROCEEDED TO THE LOCAL POLICE WHERE A "FEMALE POLICE OFFICER" TOLD THEM THAT SHE COULD NOT OPEN A DOCKET WITHOUT THE AUTHORITY OF THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL.
SHE INTERROGATED THE PARENTS AT LENGTH.
ON LEGAL ADVICE THE PARENT WENT TO THE JOHANNESBURG CENTRAL PRECINCT WHERE THEY MANAGED TO REGISTER A CASE DOCKET.

When confronting the principal of the said school they were told that the camera outside the entrance of the girls toilets had been switched off at the request of the Education Department.
The Learner was told to identify the felon. Who by then had changed his shirt. He was masked and could not be identified.
This identification would not have stood up in court.
The principal and police officer acted illegally and should be held accountable for their actions.
WHAT HAS OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM AND POLICE SERVE BECOME?
WE NEED A TOTAL CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT SOUTH AFRICA.
PS THE SUSPECT IS PRESUMED TO BE A CONTRACT WORKER (PAINTER) AT THE SCHOOL.
WHY WAS THE ALTERNATIONS/PAINTING NOT DONE DURING THE FESTIVE SEASON BREAK?

Different laws apply to me and you.
Is the Constitution really slurred?
Or is the writing on white paper only blurred?
Take the lawlessness of crime.
It's getting worse every time.
Take the guilt of politicians.
Is it in line with the Constitution?
Nobody accepts accountability.
Is it because of corruptions availability?
The elections are drawing near.
What else do we have to fear?
Affirmative action is on top of the bill.
Do they blame Apartheid still?
Racism is their very agenda.
When must we our liberties surrender?
