I did not receive any summons from your department as alleged.
I am unaware of the alleged offence which is alleged to have been committed on 2007/06/22, being three years old?
No time, place and infringement is listed here?
As a citizen of the Republic of South Africa, I am innocent until proved guilty.
Follow correct procedure of enforcing the law, then,have your officer in the court of Law on the date and time to be determined, with all the details of the alleged offence, plus the equipment and calibration certificates and I will defend myself against your abuse of power!
It would appear as if you and your department are 'outsourcing' your duties!
Please consult the SA Constitution regarding "Speedy and Fair Trial!"
