Johannesburg - The man who killed controversial Teazers boss Lolly Jackson on Monday phoned the police himself.Jackson had been visiting the man in Eldeen, Kempton Park. He is said to have been shot 15 times.The police would not confirm the number of shots fired, but spokesperson Tsholofele Madumo said Jackson had been shot "several times".The killer, who is said to have rented a room in the house, fled in Jackson's Jeep Cherokee."We can't say if he phoned from the same house. That will form part of the investigation," said Gauteng police spokesperson Eugene Opperman.Door lockedWhen police arrived at the house in Joan Hunter Avenue, the door was locked. They phoned the owner who came to unlock the door. The house is registered in the name of Georgios Toumbis, reports Julian Rademeyer.When Beeld's reporter phoned him, Toumbis asked why he was calling. He said it was the wrong number and put down the phone.Jackson and his killer apparently were alone in the house. Police say there are no indications of a struggle. Jackson's wife, Demi, and his son, Manoli, were at the house on Monday night.A police chaplain took a tearful Demi to an ambulance , where she was treated. Jackson's body was taken away by police just after 00:30. Teazers spokesperson Sean Newman asked the public to respect the family's privacy. 'Absolutely terrible'The former exotic dancer and now businesswoman GiGi said the news of Jackson's death was "absolutely terrible". GiGi, who recently won Survivor SA: Santa Carolina, had worked for Jackson before venturing out on her own. She said she'd last spoken to him about a week ago.GiGi said despite his "abrupt manner", his success proved that he'd been doing "something right". "He was a brilliant businessman"Asked how many enemies he had, she said: "Ask the staff."
